Shain serves as the primary interface for AMP business process improvement and system implementation external partners. He tracks and reports on the performance of the AMP portfolio and facilitates the management of program schedule, resources, and activities. He oversees testing efforts that validate the readiness of the system to perform designed business processes.
Shain has over a decade of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects at OSU, first in an enrollment management leadership role as part of the INTO OSU public-private partnership and then in a project management role in the OSU Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office.
Shain earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Boise State University and a Master of Arts in International Education from the SIT Graduate Institute.
