
Heather Riney
Executive Director
Through AMP, Heather leads the overhaul of administrative systems for human resources, finance, and budget/planning services by creating a transformational and modern administrative environment that supports OSU’s institutional mission.
Heather brings over a decade of project management experience at OSU and nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field to the AMP team. She is a skilled and inspiring leader who brings together high-performing teams that drive strategic, operational, and technical excellence for the university.
Heather is also an Oregon State alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a double minor in communications and sociology, as well as professional certifications in human resources and project management.

Trey Sisson
Associate Director
Trey plays a key role in the leadership of OSU’s organizational and digital transformation through AMP by managing AMP’s daily operations and planning.
Trey brings nearly three decades of experience in planning and operational leadership from his career in the U.S. Navy, leading aviation operations on nine deployments to the Middle East and Indo-Pacific regions. He also worked in talent management at the Navy Personnel Command and analyzed plans, programs and budgets at The Pentagon. His final assignment was at OSU’s Naval ROTC unit, where he instructed students as the Professor of Naval Science.
Trey earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and an MBA from Oregon State University.

Amanda Bauer
Administrative Assistant
Amanda Bauer is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of her department, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic plans. She plays a key role in organizing and managing various meetings and activities, providing valuable support to her colleagues.
Amanda has a diverse work history and is dedicated to enhancing her technical proficiency and interpersonal communication skills. She has previously worked in various roles, including positions in the public and private sectors.

Suzanne Grey
Organizational Change Management Lead
Suzanne is charged with developing an enterprise wide OCM program and providing leadership and coordination of AMP change management initiatives focusing on how people experience change.
Suzanne began her career at OSU in 2008 as an Employee/Labor Relations HR Officer and served as the Arts and Science Business Center HR Manager from 2011 – 2013. Most recently as the College of Liberal Arts Director of Operations and Administration, Suzanne has gained a deep understanding of academic administration and university initiatives.
Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Portland State University.

Trudy Larsen
Human Resources Program Lead
Trudy has the privilege of leading the program of projects related to Human Resources business transformation. As part of the AMP program team, she will be dedicated and assigned to the Vice Provost for Human Resources and Chief Human Resource Officer and partner with University HR to ensure user centered design and desired customer journeys.
Trudy brings 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in the nonprofit and public service sectors. Her pursuit of delivering excellent HR has taken her from Washington, D.C., to East Africa, to Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Northwest. In addition to leading HR teams, Trudy has held roles in project management, change management and continuous improvement, utilizing key Lean Six Sigma tools.
Trudy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College and a Global Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Teagan Mclachlain
Marketing and Communications Specialist
Teagan is charged with telling AMP’s story by communicating the vision, goals, plans and impact of AMP to the university community to ensure alignment with the OSU Strategic Plan and University Information and Technology Strategic Plan. She supports the digital presence of AMP across multiple platforms and is an active partner of the OSU digital community in building engaging, modern, inclusive and accessible marketing and communications experiences.
Teagan has spent her career passionately supporting the work of nonprofits and higher education and has over 15 years of marketing, communications, and multimedia design experience. She has also previously worked for OSU through the College of Business at the OSU Foundation and the School of Writing, Literature and Film in the College of Liberal Arts. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in creative writing from the University of Oregon.

Shain Panzeri
Implementation Lead
Shain serves as the primary interface for AMP business process improvement and system implementation external partners. He tracks and reports on the performance of the AMP portfolio and facilitates the management of program schedule, resources, and activities. He oversees testing efforts that validate the readiness of the system to perform designed business processes.
Shain has over a decade of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects at OSU, first in an enrollment management leadership role as part of the INTO OSU public-private partnership and then in a project management role in the OSU Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office.
Shain earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Boise State University and a Master of Arts in International Education from the SIT Graduate Institute.

Melissa Williams
Grants Management Program Lead
Melissa leads the post-award Grant Management Program for AMP and is assisting in implementing a comprehensive pre-award and compliance electronic Research Administration (eRA) system needed to meet the challenge of significant and sustainable growth in OSU’s research activity. She collaborates and supports project teams, as well as the broader OSU community of grant and finance partners, to create a user-centered design and desired customer journey for grant processes and systems at OSU.
With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Melissa joins us from her role as Interim Associate Dean of Science, Engineering and Math, as well as the Manager for Grants and Affordability at Linn-Benton Community College. She was the project manager for two significant campus-wide software implementations, supported 60+ part-time faculty, managed annual budgets totaling more than $1.5 million, and oversaw and managed Title III project, STEP Program, Career Pathways, Pathway to Opportunities, and Benefits Navigator grants. Her professional experience also includes work as Crisis Response Manager at the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARDV) in Corvallis; Coordinator for Leadership and Diversity Initiatives at Washington State University; and Regional Advisor of College and University Residence Halls (PACURH).
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in French and English Literature from Oregon State University and a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University.

Leslie Wolgamott
Budget and Finance Program Lead
Leslie works closely with the Division of Finance and Administration and the broader OSU community of budget and finance partners. As part of the AMP Program team, she will collaborate, support, and lead teams to create a user-centered design and desired customer journey for finance and budget processes and systems at OSU.
Leslie has over twenty years of experience in higher education budget and financial operations, focusing on developing and implementing centralized business practices, while targeting customer success. Her experience includes leading teams in processes optimization and operational structuring, which positions her well to lead the implementation of new processes and systems.
Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Management and Leadership, and Human Resource Management from Portland State University.
