The AMP Steering Committee will serve as the governing committee for AMP, ensuring adherence to appropriate design and guiding principles, representing the efforts to stakeholders, and communicating enterprise needs and investment priorities to AMP implementation and project teams.
Chaired by Tim Carroll, Sara Hart Kimball Dean of the College of Business, and reporting to the Provost and Executive Vice President and Vice President for Finance and Administration, the AMP-SC will provide oversight and guidance for the full system of projects for the duration of the enterprise-wide implementation. AMP-SC will provide the implementation team with an appropriate understanding of enterprise-wide human resource requirements and impacts, as well as capital or operational expenditures information.
Members of the AMP Steering Committee were chosen and invited by the executive sponsors of AMP: Executive Vice President and Provost Ed Feser and Vice President for Finance and Administration, Mike Green.
