Organizational Change Management Lead

Suzanne is charged with developing an enterprise-wide OCM program and providing leadership and coordination of AMP change management initiatives focusing on how people experience change.  

Suzanne began her career at OSU in 2008 as an Employee/Labor Relations HR Officer and served as the Arts and Science Business Center HR Manager from 2011 – 2013. Most recently as the College of Liberal Arts Director of Operations and Administration, Suzanne has gained a deep understanding of academic administration and university initiatives. 

Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Portland State University.
